Our Policies

Payment Policy:

Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received. The receipt of payment confirms your chosen dates, the number of nights, and your acceptance of our Rules and Conditions of Occupancy, as well as all camp policies. Full payment of the remaining balance is required upon arrival. Please note that sites cannot be occupied until you have registered and completed your payment. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival date will attract a $20 per site administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date or cancellations made in December or January will result in loss of deposit. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL. ALL DAYS BOOKED ARE DAYS PAID FOR NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL

Child Policy:

Children are warmly welcome at our camp! Child ages are considered to be between 2 to 14 years. Guests aged 15 years and older will be charged at adult rates. We look forward to hosting your family!

CheckIn Policy:

Check-in for sites is from 12 noon, while check-in for cabins and on-site caravans begins at 2 PM. Check-out time is prior to 10 AM on the day of your departure. Please note that late check-ins are not permitted after 10 PM. Thank you for your understanding!
